Hello, I’m Chu Chu, the owner of Apple Nail Salon by Chu Chu.
My journey began when I came to America from Vietnam hoping to create a better future for myself and my three children. Starting over in a new country without speaking the language was one of the greatest challenges of my life. I had to learn, adapt, work hard, and keep moving forward even when the path felt uncertain.
Through that journey, I found my place in the nail industry. What began to provide for my family gradually became something much more meaningful — a career, a passion, and a way to build genuine relationships with the people around me.
18 Years of Passion & Dedication
For the past 18 years, nail care has allowed me to do more than create beautiful nails. It has allowed me to meet wonderful people, listen to their stories, build friendships, and create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves.
Many of my clients helped me learn English, understand American culture, and feel more at home in this country. Their kindness, patience, trust, and encouragement became an important part of my journey. To every client who has supported me over the years, I am deeply grateful. You have helped shape not only my career, but also my life in America.
My Story
A Journey Built on Hope, Hard Work & Gratitude
When I arrived in America, I had very little except hope for the future and the determination to provide a better life for my children. The road was not always easy. There were new customs to understand, a new language to learn, and many moments when I had to trust that hard work would eventually lead somewhere meaningful. The nail industry gave me that opportunity. Over time, I developed my skills, learned from every client, and discovered how meaningful this work could be.
Today, Apple Nail Salon by Chu Chu represents much more than a business to me. It represents years of perseverance, relationships, gratitude, and the opportunity to continue doing work I truly enjoy. Watching my children grow and pursue their own dreams has been one of the greatest rewards of my journey. They are a beautiful part of my American dream.
